It has been tested and it works perfectly. It does not have any failure, dead pixel, it only has or 3 specks of dust inside the screen that cannot be cleaned, but it is nothing important or annoying.

It comes with hard cover, template to program in C and manuals in Spanish.

It also has a CD with the following PDF manuals:
